Welcome to Gigi's Drops. By placing a pre-order, using this site, or picking up cookies at our booth, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Gigi's Drops is a small-batch cookie business operated by Suncrust, selling exclusively via online pre-orders and at the Suncrust booth at Melrose Trading Post on Sundays.

2. Pre-orders and payment

All online orders are prepaid via Venmo (@gigisdrops) before pickup. We do not accept payment at pickup for online pre-orders.
Your order is only confirmed once payment is received and marked in our system. Unpaid orders may be released after 24 hours.
Prices, availability, and drop quantities are subject to change. Drops are strictly limited — "when they're gone, they're gone."

3. Pickup

Pickup is at the Suncrust booth at Melrose Trading Post on the date and time window shown on your order.
Bring your order number and 6-digit pickup code. Anyone picking up on your behalf must have both.
Orders not picked up within the window may be forfeited. We'll do our best to reach you first.

4. No delivery

We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time. All orders are pickup only.

5. Allergens

Our cookies are made in a shared kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. Products may contain trace amounts of allergens not listed on the menu. If you have a severe allergy, please do not order.
