We keep this short. Gigi's Drops is a small business and we only collect what we need to fulfill your order.
What we collect
- Order info: your name, email, phone number, and cookie selections when you place an order.
- Payment: Venmo handles your payment info — we only see that a payment came in and the amount. We never see or store card numbers.
- Contact form: anything you send us via the contact form (name, email, message).
- Basic site analytics: aggregate page views and referrers. No cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To confirm and prepare your order.
- To email you order updates (confirmation, ready for pickup, picked up).
- To respond to your contact-form inquiry.
- To notify you about upcoming drops only if you opt in.
Who we share it with
Only the third parties we need to run the business: our email delivery provider, our payment platform (Venmo), and our hosting provider. We never sell your data.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email footer.
- Ask us to delete your data by emailing gigidrops@gmail.com. We'll delete within 30 days (except records we need to keep for tax purposes).
Kids
Our site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in an email or on the site.
